Cancellation Policy

We kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice for any cancellation or appointment rescheduling.

Late Cancellations (less than 24 hours’ notice):

First occurrence: Courtesy waiver
Second occurrence: 50% of the scheduled service cost
Third occurrence and any additional occurrences: 100% of the scheduled service cost

No-Shows

Clients who fail to show up for their appointment without notice will be charged 100% of the scheduled service cost.

Card on File

A valid credit card is required to secure appointments and may be charged in accordance with this policy.
